Regalia, invitations and yearbook: Collection of regalia will start from Sunday 15th of May 2024 at the reception on the ground floor from 08:00 am to 03:00 pm for one week.

Once you have your graduation gown, please visit the media studio to have your picture taken for the graduation yearbook. Contact Mr. Midun : 0562715911

Each graduate is permitted to invite a maximum of two guests to accompany them into the hall.

Ceremony Attendance Certificate If you need an attendance certificate, you can apply by sending an e-mail to alumni@ustf.ac.ae

Entry to the ceremony hall will be until 10:00am, following that, no one will be allowed to enter the hall.
